In-House Composites Capabilities

Our ASC 10’x30’ nitrogen pressured autoclave affords tremendous versatility, allowing us to handle a wide range of structural bonding situations. Parts currently being produced include flat honeycomb panels of various sizes, metal-to-metal bonded assemblies, single and double contoured sandwich structures, bulkheads, floor panels, wing panels, and fuselage sections.

Temperature in our autoclave has a range of 250° up to 400° and pressures up to 100 PSI. Our clean room meets OEM requirements controlling temperature, humidity, and particle count.
