HCOA operates two phosphoric acid anodize lines to clean and prepare metal for both 250 degree and 350 degree bonding. HCOA can perform PAA processing as a standalone service or as part of its internal bonding operation.
HCOA operates multiple heat treat ovens to provide in-house heat treating capabilities. Our heat treating processes are Nadcap accredited to the highest standards. With the addition of the Pyro Drop Bottom oven, HCOA has enhanced its heat treating capabilities and significantly increased throughput.
HCOA operates a machining capability for sheetmetal, metal billet/forgings, and machined core. Being vertically integrated coupled with its in-house heat treating and chemical processing allows HCOA to control every aspect of its quality and schedule.
HCOA conducts most testing in-house. It maintains both Non-Destructive and Destructive testing capability to ensure each part fully meets the customer’s specifications.
