HONEYCOMB OF AMERICA, INC. ANNOUNCES RYAN BLUST AS NEW CFO
SARASOTA, FL, May 19, 2014 – Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. (HCOA), a leading manufacturer of complex bonded parts and assemblies for military aircraft, is pleased to announce that Ryan Blust has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer.

“Ryan brings a unique skill set to our Company, he will be a key asset in our growth strategy,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Steven J. Walker.

Mr. Blust holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. Mr. Blust is joining HCOA from MarineMax, Inc. (HZO), the nation’s largest recreational boat retailer, where he served as Director of Financial Reporting. Previously, Mr. Blust spent six (6) years in public accounting most recently with Cherry Bekaert LLP.

C and ISO 9001:2008.

NSF INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC REGISTRATIONS (NSF-ISR)
Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. (HCOA) has formally achieved AS9100C:2009, Rev. C and ISO 9001:2008 Registrations. Both certifications issued by NSF International Strategic Registrations are for the manufacture and fabrication of aircraft structures, components parts and bonded assemblies. With these internationally recognized certifications HCOA will now pursue source qualification with aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) such as Lockheed-Martin Corporation and The Boeing Company.
